某ギター雑誌でポール・ギルバートが参加してると知って購入。このアルバムと関係ない話で恐縮ですが、その某雑誌の付属DVDでカツ太田と横関敦というギタリストがポールも弾いてる[Charge and discharge]、[The mashine of rage]の２曲のオケ音源をバックにそれぞれアドリブを披露していた。それが最高にカッコ良かったので、このCDで聴けるポールのプレイがどんなものかという興味が出てきた。それでこのCDを購入したのですがポールのプレイは綺麗にアレンジされ過ぎていて（CD用音源なので仕方ないですが）、カツ、横関ほどの弾きまくりではなかったので、正直ちょっとつまらなかった。それと比べなければポール好きの人は聴いてもいいかも。。。
