If you're looking for a book that explains the exposure triangle, this book isn't for you. Nor is this a book that deep dives into a singular theme like portraits, lighting, etc. What this book does really well is cover an extremely wide range of topics both common and not usually seen. It provides the experienced photographer the idea/inspiration of what to try and enough tips to send them off in the right direction. Written in a casual manner, the text comes across like you're having a conversation with the author versus a sterile set of instructions. This style also allows the reader to jump to whatever topics are of interest, and is a book you can refer back to again and again. I find myself quoting items from it frequently. Well done!
