I’m not going to lie to you, when I first ordered it I had my doubts about it, despite the reviews. I have a 17-year-old cat and a 12-year-old cat and traditional brushes just seem to hurt them anymore, but they love being brushed and groomed. so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m really amazed at what it does. The hair that it gets off of them pain-free so they feel like they’re just being petted by me. And it’s not hard to get the hair off the glove. I just keep it on my hand and then with my left hand palm down I just push the hair towards the tips of the gloves and it comes right off. Also I’m allergic to cat hair (not dander). if it gets in my face and in my nose I have the most horrible allergy attacks. All this hair that I’m getting off of them is hair that’s not in my face. So I am going to order another one of these in case for some reason they quit making them. Top notch productSo I found a friend online that recommended this to me for my new dog that has been stress shedding all over the place (she's a rescue that's been caged her whole life), so when I was looking for a decent tool to handle the shedding, this definitely came in handy!Although it does do what it's supposed to do (handle shedding), it does have the downside of being kinda tricky to clean, but it's also so easy to use, it's kinda hard not to recommend it.I definitely think it would be better used outside because of some of the hairs that will be flying around and it's definitely better suited for fluffier dogs, but the gloves work nonetheless.Can't knock the product if it's not perfect for my particular dog (I probably need a brush system because my dogs hair is relatively short), but for golden retrievers and other harrier dogs, this is probably your best bet.El guante cumple la función muy bien al retener el pelo de la mascota, lo único que el acabado o fabricación noes muy buenaI was debating on rating this a 2 or 3 because it serves it's purpose though it is cheaply made and I probably got a defected one. The glove that got delivered to me had its seams on the side of the glove unsewn and the velcro patch to tighten the glove around your wrist was coming off; though I can just sew it together again. Does serve its function to remove hair from your pet just may need to pass through the fur a couple of times. I used it on my Australian Shepard as an alternative to the metal deshedder that would be gentler; it worked and she didn't mind the rubber numbs. This is just my experience but thought it might be helpful to share.I have a Sheppard mix who sheds constantly. I recently purchased these pet grooming gloves and they have been great and have helped in the containment of the hair she sheds. They are easy to use and picks up the loose hair from her coat with ease. I love using them because they hold onto the hair once they pick them up from the coat. But what is even better is that she loves when I use them on her. Once she sees me grab them she runs up to me to get a good rub down.I highly recommend these.This item has worked well with both my cats and my dogs. They love the feel of it and sit very still and content during use. The excess fur sticks to the glove well and remains until you are ready to clean it. Simply shaking the gloves, removes most of the fur. This was a good purchase for the price.The gloves were great but my cat wasn't happy with them. Appreciated how they worked while she was willing for me to use them.My cat started shedding recently and noticed piles of fur on my bed where she’d roll up and sleep, so I tried using a brush. This was an epic fail, she wanted to attack the brush non stop.These gloves solved that. She was still trying to play with them but I was able to groom her with one hand while she played with the other.I got a huge fur ball off of her. Now there is less fur in her napping spots.Inexpensive and yet workable.I rubbed my gloved hands together to remove most of the fur which is preferable to picking it out within my fingers.These are great gloves for my cat, I have purchased brushes and nothing works better for him then these glovesI’ll likely purchase another pair
